You will join an Agile team in the IT department, contributing to the development and maintenance of strategic applications. This mission offers a dynamic environment combining on-site and remote work (50% each).  

‍• Design and adapt detailed technical solutions.  
• Develop and maintain code using required programming languages.  
• Conduct unit tests and participate in integration testing.  
• Estimate development workload and timelines.  
• Prepare production deployment and support testing processes.  
• Identify and fix bugs while ensuring code quality through reviews.  
• Document all development activities comprehensively.  

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Java and React.  
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Maven, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD).  
• Solid understanding of software architectures (SOA, REST, microservices).  
• Knowledge of operating systems, middleware, and full-stack development.  
• Familiarity with security practices and static code analysis tools.  

• Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills.  
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.  
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.  
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.  
• Rigorous attention to detail and openness to change.  

• 3–6 years of experience in software development.  
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.  
• Understanding of the banking or financial sector is a plus.  

Languages:
• Good command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.

• Based in Brussels
‍• Teleworking is allowed 50% of the time but must be conducted within Belgium. Remote work from abroad is not permitted.
